Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Savingget. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
To start a return, please contact us at info@savingget.com before sending anything back. We will respond within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address or prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition not caused by a shipping issue
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
For verified damage, defects, or order errors, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. In most cases, you will not need to return the item.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, shipping damage, or our error: We will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label or arrange a pickup at no cost to you.
- If the return is not due to our error: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel, contact us at info@savingget.com as soon as possible. If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Once an order has entered processing or been shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but you may still initiate a return after delivery.
